realize your true capability

Coming out of study mode and into industry is a big step. We’re geared to help you lay the foundation for quick and sustainable development that’ll launch your career.

Start ahead of the rest - our graduate program journey.

  • Application

Nice and simple. You’ve probably done a bunch of these. You don’t have to be from a computer science or engineering background. Not all of us are. Send your application over to us, and we’ll take a look.

  • Phone interview

We’ll have an informal chat on the phone, get to know you a bit and hear why you’re interested in Quantexa. You can ask us as many questions as you like about life at Q, and about our Big Data Graduate Program.

  • Coding assignment

Once you’re through the phone interview, we’ll send you a coding assessment. Scala is our coding language, and it’s what the assessment is based on.

  • Final interview

Once that is all done, we’d love to meet you, either virtually or in person. We’ll ask you to do a presentation on a topic of your choice so you can showcase your skills and creativity. You'll also be able to meet the team so we can get to know each other a whole lot better.

  • Becoming a Quantexan

Once you’re in, the real adventure begins. Throughout our onboarding process, you’ll be given all the information you need. And don’t worry, your first three months will be all about getting you up to speed through our renowned and accredited Quantexa Academy – no one is expecting you to come in and know everything on day one.

“I would advise graduates to do their research of companies to make sure the values align with their own. Where you end up has to be right for you. Be curious and ask lots of questions.”

“The hiring process was in-depth. It was challenging, especially the coding task, but it was very well communicated and explained. I liked that there weren’t hundreds of stages like there are for similar roles in other organizations.”
