We want to reassure our clients, partners, and members of the public that Quantexa itself remains fully secure and operational. The misuse of our name by third parties is something we monitor continuously, and we act promptly to protect the integrity of our brand and the safety of those who place their trust in us.

• We actively track and aim to take down fraudulent domains and websites where possible.

• We work with industry partners and relevant authorities to disrupt fraud at the source.

• We publish clear information through the Quantexa Trust Centre, which provides a single, reliable point of reference on security matters.

• We encourage anyone with concerns to contact Quantexa directly through official channels or our Whistleblowing Line.

• Check the domain: Only engage with websites that use Quantexa’s official domain. Fraudulent sites often use similar-looking names to mislead people.

• Be cautious of offers: Quantexa does not provide investment schemes, cryptocurrency platforms, online tasks, or goods for sale. Any such claims are fraudulent.

• Verify communications: Genuine Quantexa emails will come from official company addresses. If in doubt, contact Quantexa directly through the Trust Centre or published contact details.

• Protect personal information: Do not share financial details, ID documents, or other sensitive information with websites or individuals you cannot confirm as legitimate.

• Report concerns: If you believe you have encountered fraud, report it to Quantexa via the Whistleblowing Line and, in the UK, to Action Fraud at www.actionfraud.police.uk.
