Her specialties include mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, change management, employer branding/employer value propositions, good-to-great culture change programs, fast-paced integrations, organizational design, transformation, and building cross-company relationships. Her role at Quantexa covers the full global people-related agenda, including building and maintaining our culture to not only retain and attract great talent, but also making Quantexa an amazing place for our colleagues to develop their careers.
